Full Spectrum Fitness and Performance
Full Spectrum Fitness and Performance New York was founded by Barry Heyden, Former Director of Fitness and Conditioning for the New York Mets. Barry also spearheaded the development of the Hospital of Special Surgery Sports Performance Center in New York City.
Barry has been a pioneer in the world of health and fitness using an integrated approach to training. He created Full Spectrum Performance and Fitness to be a provider of sports performance training to athletes, and general fitness training and recovery to the public. Barry Heyden has created proven and customized training programs which improve speed, strength, conditioning and overall athletic performance. He brings his many years of proven positive outcomes to educating and training his staff and clients in implementing custom programs to achieve optimal proven results.
